Offering a wide range of apprenticeships, personal license courses, first aid course and much more, GlobeUs are one of the leading training providers in the UK. GlobeUs have a special emphasis on the quality of their services. Courses are available in multiple languages and locations to suit everyone’s needs. We caught up with them to find out more about their business and what they have planned for the future…
1: Can you give us a short description of GlobeUs?
GlobeUs Training is a private training provider, formed in 2015. We deliver Childcare Apprenticeships on the South Coast and Personal Licence Training nationally. We also offer a variety of other short courses such as First Aid.
2: What inspired you to start GlobeUs?
After being in the industry for a number of years we have seen a gradual decline in the quality of delivery due to the focus being placed on revenue. We wanted to bring back the enthusiasm and drive to training that truly inspires individuals to achieve, and give confidence back to employers. We truly believe that anyone who wishes to learn should have the opportunity to do so without barriers to learning, and so offer our courses in different languages, support for different learning requirements, and go to as many different locations as we can in order to achieve this.
3: What challenges have you faced while running GlobeUs?
Sometimes growth ambitions and affordability don’t quite match up – we have high ambitions for GlobeUs but have to remember “slow and steady wins the race”! It’s been fantastic to see the development of the company in such a short period of time and can’t wait to implement other plans we have.
4: How do you market GlobeUs?
5: Where do you see GlobeUs in the future?
We’d like to be the biggest national supplier of Personal Licence training and to expand our Apprenticeships into new sectors and counties. We’re also looking at new offices as we have outgrown our current HQ!
