£16K + uncapped commission

DigitalDinos is a digital marketing agency based in Portsmouth that has seen great growth in the past year and is looking to grow again considerably in 2019.
Therefore, we are looking for a motivated and pro-active new business development executive to help grow our client base.
We are looking for someone who is ready to get started in the New Year. We’re based at Lakeside North Harbour in Portsmouth with excellent transport links, a variety of onsite cafes & leisure facilities as well as free car parking.
This is a full time and permanent position with great career prospects that would suit an ambitious sales professional who is keen to take on a challenge with additional responsibilities and rewards.

Conduct a high volume of outbound telephone calls and LinkedIn prospecting activity to potential clients to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting appointments both face-to-face and in the field.
Prospect for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following up with prospects as previously identified.
Research and qualify new business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.
Learn and understand the value proposition of DigitalDinos and its products to effectively communicate this understanding to prospective customers.
Progressing each lead through the sales process to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and customers expectations are fully met.
Growing and developing the company client base
Achieving targets and agreed goals.
Keep accurate records in our CRM by updating client information and managing sensitive client and prospect data.
Track, qualify and route leads sent from all sources including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, inbound and outbound calling, marketing, new sales group, special events, trade shows and company websites.
Work closely with the directors to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build a pipeline, and produce real business opportunities in accordance with approved sales management guidelines.
Exemplary telephone manner.
Must have a proven track record working within a B2B Sales Team in a target driven environment.
Must be pro-active and able to work to deadlines.
Experience in a lead generation sales environment
Sales administration and task management skills are essential, along with basic computer skills.
A complete understanding of our products and business will be essential (training will be provided).
Self-drive and determination is paramount along with team working skills and a positive attitude to help grow the business and your own career within it.
